We enjoy Mexican origins for their versatility and subtle flavors. This coffee comes from Chiapas region in southern Mexico whose nutrient-rich, volcanic soils, canopies and high elevations make for a unique bean. 

Chiapas coffee is well renowned and contributes to over 60% of Mexico's total coffee production. This coffee is organic certified, meaning no pesticides are used in the cultivation, and comes from several community farms in the region. The coffee is well balanced and has notes of cocoa and toasted nuts.
