Sweet, floral notes with hints of cocoa and citrus. 

Honduras is one of the lesser known Latin American producing origins but that should not detract from the quality of its coffee. This coffee originates from the Western Highlands and is a balanced cup with complex acidity. Its SHB (Strictly Hard Bean) and EP (European Preparation) designations refer to it being grown above 1,300 meters over sea level and the removal of defective beans and foreign materials during the milling process.
