Brazil Cerrado
SCAA 82 Points
Mild Acidity / Heavy Body
Notes of milk chocolate and roasted nuts.
Brazilian arabica is of high importance to the coffee industry. The country is the largest producer and exporter in the world and origins from Brazil are an essential base coffee for many blends and provides bold flavor and body. It's inclusion in espresso blends helps to increase crema and gives a pleasant low acid profile for milk-based drinks.
It is universally enjoyed, easy on the pallet and a wonderful coffee for any roaster. Our beans primarily come from the Cerrado region, a powerhouse for coffee with low acidity, a medium body and notes of chocolate, roasted nuts and caramel.
